摘要:
集裝箱船舷側的抗扭箱結構,多采用60~85 mm級別的高強鋼大厚板進行焊接建造;復雜的多層多道焊過程,使得焊接力學響應極為復雜,且焊接面外變形不易預測,直接影響建造精度和造船周期。針對其精度建造問題,本文預測并控制了對接焊接頭的面外變形。通過采用基于并行計算技術的熱-彈-塑性有限分析,考慮多層多道焊中的重熔現象,高效且精確地預測了傳統焊接工藝下變厚度對接接頭的面外變形。同時,使用對稱順序焊接、反變形加載,特別是優化坡口等方法,有效地控制了焊接面外變形。研究結果表明:本文提出的算法提高了溫度場及焊接變形的計算效率;在一次翻身的情況下,實現了大厚板高效且精準地焊接建造,提高了焊接建造的效率。
