摘要:
針對需要實時監控產品質量與設備狀態的帶緩沖退化生產系統的設備維護問題,本文提出綜合考慮控制圖及緩沖區的串行生產系統維護建模方法。采用均值控制圖對上游設備的生產過程進行監控,根據過程狀態采取反應性維護策略,下游瓶頸設備采取狀態維護,并以瓶頸設備的預防維護作為機會維護決策點,建立以檢測的產品批量,控制圖控制限參數,狀態維護閾值,機會維護閾值以及緩沖區大小為決策變量的成本模型。通過數值實驗分析表明該建模方法可有效協調過程監控與維護策略,相較于傳統維護策略能顯著降低生產成本。
