摘要:
船體分段測量點數據與CAD模型的匹配精度直接影響分段建造精度評定,評價參數對船舶建造精度管理起著至關重要的作用,采用常規匹配方法無法有效抑制粗差對位姿定位精度的影響。為了獲得船體分段最佳匹配位姿,給出合理的建造誤差評價,本文提出基于退化的M估計抗差匹配方法以削弱粗差對匹配位姿影響,該算法依據M估計準則獲取不同精度數據的匹配權系數,采用退化-迭代方法建立穩健估計模型,提高定位解的可靠性和收斂速度是尋求船舶建造過程中精度尺寸監控的實用性技術。理論和實際算例均驗證了該方法的有效性及相對于迭代點最近法的合理性,為船舶建造精度修正和后續裝配提供定量參數。
